Multicultural Leadership Camping Trip: Fostering the Young Minds (By: Joo Hee Chung)
The vital tradition of R.E. Mountain Secondary School is now starting again! Designed and planned by Mrs. Hu, our International Student Programme co-ordinator, the multicultural leadership camping trip will be taking place on November 15th and 16th of this year.
At the destination of Camp Sunrise, the multicultural leadership camping trip will be providing a unique and unforgettable memory to students of R.E. Mountain Secondary School.
Including events such as, teambuilding activities, simulation games, fashion extravaganza, group dancing and role plays, there are a lot of outdoor activities also taking place in this camp.
Furthermore, the camp not only provides the fun, extraordinary activities, but it also embraces the concept of multiculturalism.
While learning these skills, these golden opportunities will also lead students to obtain an open mind through the acts of respecting other cultures, people and their differences.
Because of these values the camp will teach, it is considered very momentous and memorable compared to many other camps. Our school is excited to see the fruit that multicultural leadership camping will bear!
